THank you for the kind words, Liz. I am having to take my own advice as well. Finding joy in the small things (or noticing them to begin with!) is often easier said than done. But I am trying to be much more mindful.

I’m so sorry to hear about your friend and your Dad. You’re right, it helps to make the most of every day and remember that life has a habit of tripping us up every now and then. The good, happy times help us cope with the difficult and painful things. I’m glad your cat is okay despite what sounds like a (mysterious) horrible mishap. I will take your advice (which is my own advice, but sometimes I don’t listen to myself!) to make the most of every day. Sending you lots of good wishes and happy thoughts xxx
